The Pupil Assistance Fund Program supports students from low-income families in Denver Public Schools by providing essential items such as clothing, eye exams and glasses, medical equipment, hygiene products, mental health services, and other specialized programs.

PAF General Request

General PAF funds are used for students who demonstrate financial need. This form must. be completed by a School Nurse, School Social worker, School Psychologist, Family Liaison and/or respective program manager.PAF will work diligently to support as many requests as possible; however, all requests are subject to availability of funds and may be adjusted accordingly.

PAF Vision Request

PAF works to support families with eye exams and glasses. The application can only be assess by a DPS school nurse. If you a member of your community is in need of this service reach out to your school nurse.
